About the Exhibit
Come learn about the history of Rollinsford’s schools from the early 19th century to the present through objects, photographs, documents, and a recreated 1937 classroom.
Did you know that Rollinsford once had as many as five rural one-room school houses and a high school? What was it like to attend school in the 19th and early 20th centuries in Rollinsford? And why is Rollinsford Grade School listed on the National Register of Historic Places?
We extend a special invitation to alumni of Rollinsford’s schools to come and re-live your school days and share your experiences!
Can’t make the event?
The Schooled exhibit will be on view at the Colonel Paul Wentworth House on Saturdays from 1 to 4 pm through mid-October, and at other times by special arrangement.
