While our annual meeting is usually a great celebration, this year’s meeting is going to be a little different!
The Board of Directors of the Association for Rollinsford Culture and History (ARCH) cordially invites all members to our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, July 21 at 7 pm. The business agenda includes receiving reports, the election of officers and board members for the coming year, and voting on two amendments to the bylaws (view the proposed amendments here).
Due to health concerns and restrictions on public gatherings, the Annual Meeting will be held virtually. In order to participate, members must preregister by sending an email to ARCH at paulwentworthhouse@gmail.com no later than Tuesday, July 14. Members will then be sent instructions on how to log in for the meeting.
